Site Coordinators & Our Tiered Support
Our Site Coordinators aren't just staff; they are the heartbeat of the entire operation. Positioned directly inside the school building, they act as the ultimate single point of contact. They cut through the red tape to deliver integrated services, seamlessly connecting students and families with the exact community partners needed to eliminate both academic and nonacademic barriers.
The Tier Support Model: Success at Every Level We deploy a calculated, three-tiered system to ensure no student slips through the cracks.

Tier I: The Culture Shift. We don’t just treat symptoms; we elevate the entire school climate. Engineered for massive impact, these supports reach a minimum of 75% of the student body at least four times a year. We raise the baseline for everyone, not just the students on our direct caseload.

Tier II: Targeted Group Tactics. When groups of students face a common hurdle, we deploy sustained, strategic support. Built primarily for our case-managed roster, Tier II interventions are delivered consistently to ensure students hit their individual benchmarks without missing a beat.

Tier III: Hyper-Focused 1-on-1 Mastery. This is our most intensive intervention. Reserved for highly specific needs, Tier III provides unapologetic, one-on-one support. We lock in on exact, individualized goals and execute a precise strategy to ensure our case-managed students conquer them.
